Fixes in load progress dialog. #7

Progress signal was not properly forwarded to the application thread. Moved home position resetting to a point where it doesn't interfere with scene creation.

These issues were problematic with the new code when loading large circuits from mvd3 files. The GUI seems to be frozen but it was simply not refreshed.
