glm recipie #877

Hi, the glm-0.9.6.1 recipe seems only to unzip the header files + doc and does not perform actual installation. Could we have upstream version (glm-0.9.8.5) which seems to have fixed it?

Please let me know what is the procedure to update base packages.

I just have added you as writer on my repository. Feel free to send a pull request.

If you have any issue with that being on my own space, feel free to move it to BlueBrain namespace. It is jsut matter of renaming the submodule
