Add the SNAP nexus implementation

Short summary:

• Added the code as is into a dedicated directory (entity-management/nexus)
  • modified relevant parts of the code to have the tests run and generation of documentation working
  • added tests to tests/nexus/
• Updated tox.ini to have needed dependencies
• moved pylint config from .pylintrc to pyproject.toml
  • Lint fails currently

I think it would be a good start for everyone to add their code in the repo to have an overall picture of what we've got. Then, unifying common terminology as well as finding and putting the common functionality into a core class or equivalent becomes easier.

I believe this is because the repo is private. I experienced something similar before making vascpy public.
