Cambodia producing an error on current deployment #357

On current BBP and find implementations launching Cambodia with default settings causes a problem in the simulator. I cannot reproduce the problem on the backend. Please reproduce and send error tracing information to richard (it is probably a backend problem).

It seems that when the data for a hospital beds is unavailable and is set through the UI it is sent to the backend as string rather than integer. Since we're removing that field in https://github.com/BlueBrain/covid-19-find/issues/353 , this shouldn't be an issue anymore.
