Remove dendrogram #2

As it depends on bluepy which is not open-sourced. Also it is not very user friendly as it requires a code snippet prior to calling the functions in the current API. Also, it does not work with SONATA circuits. We will probably do a rework of it when SNAP is open-sourced.

I'll link this to the corresponding Jira ticktet when this gets merged. Pinging @tomdele et @mgeplf so that they are aware that we are doing this.

FYI, the CI is not running because I'm waiting for approval to activate Travis CI for this repo.
