[Android] add option to use longer text-message vibration #2631

Currently, notifications use the short vibration used by almost every other notification.

Text messages on SMS apps use a longer vibration type, it would be nice to have an option to use this to differentiate from other applications.

Can you not change this in the notification settings for this app under App Info in system settings?
