Delete attachments after reaching client #461

Could you make it so that any attachments are deleted from the server when they reach the client so that any VM's with low storage space can continue to use it without taking a lot of storage up.

On the server settings page, there is an Attachment Management section where you can see the current size and delete/clear the caches. I've also just pushed code to delete the attachment after sending.
