This Mod currently stores the entire AppState in session storage in the browser. This causes the following problems:

:bug: Form values stay intact on refreshing the page
:bug: In projects where one component is being used for several pages of content, the content doesn't refresh or lags behind.
:bug: In wizard forms, since values in a form stay intact, can't ensure that user always starts at the beginning

:bulb: Solution

[x] PersistState now allows the dev to customise what slice(s) of the app state are stored in session storage
[x] If none specified, it behaves as it does currently i.e. will store the complete app state in session storage
