The second fetal heart rate field should show when the reading entered is below 120 and above 160

This issue has not been resolved, remember the second heart rate (Bmp) should only show if the reading is below 120 and above 160. So from 120 to 160 is considered normal and anything below or above should trigger the second fetal heart rate field. The message circled needs to change to the new readings which is equal to 120
