• [x] Change field label from "Fansidar - IPTpSP" to "IPTpSP (Fansidar 525mg x 3 tablets oral)
• [x] Change field label from "Cotrimoxazole" to "CPT (Co-trimoxazole 960mg OD oral)"
• [x] Add information tips to the options "CPT" and "IPTpSP". The message in the information tip beside the appropriate option should be "CTP is Cotrimoxazole Preventive Therapy; given as cotrimoxazole 960mg daily oral in HIV+ women" or "IPTpSP is Intermittent Preventive Therapy with Fansidar given as Fansidar 525mg x 3 tablets oral every four weeks in HIV negative women" depending on the option.
