Selecting the option “Yes” under the field “Oedema Present?” should trigger the options “Unilateral” and “Bilateral”. When the option “Unilateral '' is selected, it should flag a message alert “Deep venous thrombosis (DVT)!" and a field with the following options as checkboxes;

• Pain on the affected area
• Warmth on the affected area

• Redness

  If any of the checkboxes is selected, an alert message "Emergency referral for doppler scan and further management" should appear.
