  1. Add Transferred to other Ecap II Facility/district When Exited without graduation is selected (If user selects Transferred to other Ecap II Facility/District, ask for i. Facility/District Moved TO, ii. Receiving case worker iii. RCMC's Signature) 2.Add Declined to the list 3.Other (If user selects "Other" add a required field asking them to specify.

4.Make Caregiver and VCA case closure the same

  1. Remove the option "Wrong Entry"
  2. Ask for date of death ( When VCA died option is ticked)

Have the following flow when Transferred is selected

  1. To PEPFAR supported Partner
  2. To non PEPFAR supported partner
  3. To ECAP II
    • Other facility within the District
      • Receiving Caseworker
        • Other District
      • Receiving RCMC -Add Relocated
        • To where? (Specify) -VCA died -Date of Death -Phrase declined as "Declined/Opted out. -Remove "Lost to follow-up" -Add Aged out with Transition Plan
