[Feature Request] Invite Rewards #136

Pretty Self-explanatory, will execute commands ingame when the person gets X amount of Invites in discord. However this might get rejected as it encourages dm advertising and those stuff :P which is also why some people will think it is against Discord TOS when it is not.

I don't know about that one, i would take this as a full feature which means only for PreBot as a plugin but considering how much before prebot is ready for use it will be alot of wait so if i have time ill add this quick
