Dragon health config doesn't work. #38

As the title.

Changing the ender dragon's health in outer_end-common.toml doesn't affect its health in-game. I tried changing it to a few values including 0, but it consistently stayed at its default value of 500. Tested in a clean environment with only JEI, Jade, and Neat.

No relevant information appears in the log, but I can provide one anyway if you'd like.

Are you creating a new world or respawning the ender dragon when you change the config?
