Is winnut compatible with 64 bit windows?

Yes, and the latest updates to SVN fix all the known issues on Win7. Currently 
there is no installer in the downloads section that includes the latest code 
changes, so I will have to ask Roland to create one. If the meantime if you 
have Visual Studio you can also build it yourself.

New installer is available (version 2.0.0.4) in the downloads section.  Please 
try this out and let us know if you have any problems.
