Prompts aren’t centred or lock scrolling

Describe the bug When spawning a prompt, they aren’t centred on the screen. You have to scroll back up, and can still scroll during that prompt.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a guild
2. Scroll down the page, but keep the add code button in view
3. See issue

Expected behavior Scrolling should be locked and the prompt should be snapped to.
