Move to Headless UI #20

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Originated from #17, a move to Headless UI could fix this problem.

Describe the solution you'd like Moving away from direct TailwindCSS Classes and to Headless UI. This will also help if any TailwindUI Components are wanted to be used.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.

Just a heads-up that it seems most, if not all, don't support a lack of NoScript (see #3) and don't load the content without JavaScript (causes issues with a screen readers that don't support JavaScript and other accessibility tools)

Edit: Personally, this would make BlueJay a bit unwieldly, since I wouldn't be able to use it without a screen reader or other a11y tool to help with my vision
