Fix simplenote missed dependencies #1

app-text/simplenote-bin has some missed dependencies, i noticed it on my fresh gentoo install and after installing libXScrnSaver, cups and nss everything now works properly

Thank you, nice catch! Is cups really necessary?

When i firstly install simplenote, without cups its doesnt start, now w/o them i see just warnings like

* - /usr/lib64/libcups.so.2
*       used by /opt/simplenote/simplenote (app-text/simplenote-bin-1.21.1)

simplenote still works fine wothout it, so i think its not so necessary

If you want, you can also create an issue on simplenote-electron, because they release .deb files with control file containing only:
