[Bug]: Default GalMap fog value #27

Expected Behavior

With the latests two versions, galaxy map looks weird. I found out its because the new setting "GalMap Fog" is set to "Fog reduction level 2" by default. For themes that doesn't have that setting, It should be "Elite default".

Actial Behavior

There is an ugly galaxy map...

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Apply any "old" theme
  2. Go to the game
  3. Press F11
  4. Go to Galaxy Map
  5. You will get a weird looking map
