Does anyone have the original author details for this repo (and/or any related publications)? I need to update the POM before deploying. Looking at the commit history, it looks like Hannah Barjat and Lezan Hawizy.

Yes, It was a 6-month project done by Hannah in Atmospheric Chem supervised by Lezan and me.

Fixed in 6f280f1 , but I have just noticed that there is no license in the POM. I assume this is apache 2?

OK; I have fixed that too. Finally, do we have a one line description of what this codebase does? My understanding is that it's an atmospheric chemistry themed grammar plugin to ChemicalTagger.

Yes - it's added a knowledge of places and atmospheric terminology to ChemicalTagger.
