This seemed like the only open source context menu manager out there, so I decided to translate the README (with my ok Chinese and Google Translate) so it would be accessible for international users.
I also added an english screenshot and fixed some lines in the localization. The English README is linked on the main one, let me know if there's a better way to do it. I can also help on additional localization if needed. Also, can an English description be attached to the current chinese one? Something like Right-click context menu manager for Windows.
