Add additional Features to the Pole Figure generation

• Add contour levels to the legend color bar?
• Option to vary the degree of smoothing?
• Option of equal area versus stereographic projection
• Update Documentation for the filter to explain the various algorithms that are being used to generate the pole figure.
• Option to plot direction (Currently) or plane normals designated at the plane {HKL}. This is redundant in cubic systems but quite useful in the non-cubic systems. A great example is in tin which is tetragonal. The directions are no longer normal to the planes (except in certain specific cases). For example the <111> direction is nearly normal to the {331} plane. Thus the <111> pole figure and the {331} pole figure look the same but one has to know this to be able to plot the correct figures. It would be nice to be able to plot directions or plane normal.

Some of these options are now available in Version 5. The user can vary the number of colors and the size of the Modified lambert projection square as a way to control the levels of smoothing and contouring.

Remaining requests in this bug are moved to bug #222
