V5: Unable to write DREAM.3D after changing resolution #155

1) Read h5ebsd (was created with this version) 2) find cell quats 3) misor segment features 4) change res (doesn't work whether I create new or overwrite old data container) 5) write DREAM.3D data file

helps if I remember I'm working on 2D data!

I found this issue on a couple filters (i think the crop volume and another one had the same issue). I am in the process of fixing the problem so that it will auto detect that the data is 2D and keept he file writing error from occuring

any use of change resolution filter crashes DREAM.3D

it appears to work but changes in preflight cause it to "not respond" then it comes back

Do you get the "Spinning Beach Ball" for a bit, then DREAM3D starts responding again? How large is the .dream3d file you are trying to read?

the H5EBSD is 90MB -- yes, if I'm patient, it seems to always be coming back to me
