Use INI style files for the Ensemble info reader #252

THe current ensemble info file that a user must create is too simple and hard to remember and look at to understand without having the documentation available. If we use a .ini style file then each variable is labeled in sections making it easier to remember and understand what is in the file.

Going forward DREAM3D will only accept an INI style formatted text file. These files are going to be more verbose and easier to read and create.
