PowerBook Hardware Version 2023.10a

Slightly shorter (a few mm)
Now includes a sparkfun Qwiic connector
Option selector jumper removed (it was unused anyway, those pins are better used on Qwiic)
Theoretically resolves the wake-from-sleep issues some PowerBooks have been experiencing (I was unable to duplicate this on the older hardware version)
