I think it's just really fun. Who doesn't like ice tracks?

Important note: I don't think boats should go fast on ice. I just think you should be able to cross frozen rivers the same way you would cross normal rivers, with roughly the same speed, but with some obvious slippery physics involved of course. Having OP ice boats doesn't seem in line with AA's style to me.
