I host a server with two regular players. After upgrading to any version above 1.1 we are experiencing massive lag. The biggest issue is that any changes made by a player are not seen by the others (ie placing or braking blocks) until disconnecting and reconnecting to the server. We have rolled back to 1.1 for the time being.
