Canvas: When user clicks on (i) option show information panel of dataset

When user clicks on dataset information button, we want to create a space for a user to easily edit and see information about the dataset.

• Ability to edit the name of the dataset if it has not been set programmatically - and/or - making a user legible name
• Programmatically show last time query was run - this is also a precursor to automatic updates to data feeds
• Drop-down of data restriction type (public, government restricted, private restricted). We can expand and edit on this over time.
• Update frequency should be set programmatically.
