Canvas: dynamic redraw of graph on node click #13

Based on meeting from 4/14/21 with Peter B.

3 goals:

  1. Clicking on a node should redraw/reposition the circle-packed graph so that the nodes orbit around the edges.
  2. The clicked node should be placed in the middle of the orbit to accentuate it
  3. Display clicked node + relationships + related nodes in the middle
