PieChart - Expand Label Options #149

Create new groupbox with label options with the following options:

Show labels (checkbox)
Show lines (checkbox)
Label offset

Label offset should be specified using percentages as follows:

50% = centroid of a pie slice
0% = inside edge of a pie slice
100% = outside edge of a pie slice
120% = 20% outside of a pie slice

When the percentage <=100% disable the lines option and do not display lines.

When show labels is unchecked disable all the other options.
