MapChart - Center and Zoom to link extents #173

Multiple issues with supply chain maps:

  1. We are sometimes zoomed in too close to see all the links and there's no way to zoom out
  2. When re-centering, countries and links are getting cut off

Ideally we should automatically center and zoom the map to cover the extents of all the links
