As we continue to add functionality to the result filtration menu, the behavior of filtering suspicious pages becomes more and more confusing/unintuitive for a new user. For instance:
If we filter by significance score, this changes the number of matches in the Similarity table, but does not affect the count in the "Comparison Results" column of the main Doc Analysis screen.
Filtering by text, digit or image match does not change the numbers in the Similarity table screen
(I could go on...)
The best way to fix this is to move the entire gear icon/settings menu to the main Document Analysis screen, so that the user can change the settings for all documents.
Desired Appearance: in the top bar, it will say "Compare Documents", "Cancel", "Clear" and then "Settings" following a gear icon
Desired Behavior: Clicking on the settings icon/text will open the settings menu, which will have the same appearance as it does currently. Checking or unchecking any box, or moving the slider, will change the settings parameters and update the "Comparison Results" text.
