Added new command: /xinvite <time> <limit> - enables plugin for certain time and limits amount of invitations, useful when need to reserve some place for friend
Changed DateTimeOffest for GetTickCount64 for timers so they no longer affected by time sync/daylight
Don't invite when between areas (won't work anyway)
Added help message on invalid command
I'm not really sure what is going on with github but for some reason it shows me that PR contains 5 commits even though I pulled all the changes before editing... make a backup before accepting it I think
