Upgrade Python 3.6 to Python 3.7

Some of the libraries of new features do not support Python 3.6, so I'm developing to upgrade Python to at least 3.7 (3.7.9 for my testing).

• [x] Upgrade docker Python version
• [x] Update wiki pages
• [x] Test everything looks good in production
