vividl crashes #93

vividl 0.7 crashed, saved a .dmp file vividl.exe.5016.dmp, opened in visual studio 2019 but perhaps you could debug it Vividl.exe.5016.zip

another crash, this time while a video was converting. :( I hear the computer working hard in the background, so hopefully my file will still be fully converted. But meanwhile, my whole playlist that I was downloading is no longer saved.
