Created a base first-level for simple testing, along with a simple Continuous Deployment for future commits. Currently all nodes with Sprites use Godot's default icon as a texture, until real assets are applied.
Project should now be ready for testing (using Debugging) in HTML5 both locally and after each commit through CD on github pages. Resolves #7
