-Modified Extras to install with venv for easier dependency management
-Reorganized all files into folders and provided better instructions to install.
-Modified all scripts to install to the parent directory of the installer folder instead of just to documents to make it more dynamic
-added file generation to show SillyTavern install paths under "InstallPaths.txt"
