Add "Upgrade" guide to README.md #9

I think guides like these should be put on the documentation site instead of here, as this is supposed to be a quick overview of installing Blueprint and where to find stuff.

My recommendation is to create a separate repository for writing your guides in, that can be linked from Blueprint's README.md file. For the time being, I'll leave this PR opened in case other community members have anything to add to this.
