Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No

Describe the solution you'd like I was testing the ESP32 example https://github.com/TheDigital1/ESP32_BTHome but couldn't get it work (maybe because it's in legacy format). I tried to update it and make it a bit more easy to change. The result is here: https://github.com/Chreece/BTHomeV2-ESP32-example

Additional context Feel free to test it and make it better :)
