Fixes stalls #12

Fixes stalls opening if they are close to each other, by adding one more check fixes this issue (found on Sandy Shore safe zone, stalls were interfering each other).

This might've been a side effect with the move away from GetDistanceBetweenCoords, thanks for your contribution!
