can you write a bios setup before install?

BlvckBytes commented 2 years ago

Hey there!

Thanks for your issue, I just added a BIOS section to the README. Please let me know if you got the system installed, or if any other issues remain.

Best Regards!

many thank, are you update big sur 11.5.2 and EFI to newest opencore?

BlvckBytes commented 2 years ago

This is a Monterey (12.0.1 - 21A559) based repo, but you can - as the README states - easily install and use BigSur too, if you exchange the BlueToolFixup.kext (Monterey's BT) for BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext (BigSur's BT). Otherwise, you're good to go, I think.

Yes, OpenCore and all Kexts are up to date.

hi, which wifi adapter you are using for T480s. i buy BCM94360cs2 but i don't know which adapter i can use it?

BlvckBytes commented 2 years ago

I am using a DW1560, which is an M.2 NGFF card. The BCM94360cs2 would only be usable with an adapter-cable, which is going to be a tight squeeze.

EFI lost opencanopy.efi, so when i boot it, GUI boot menu not loading

Does the battery charging limit working? I have T480s i5-8350u with Ventura 13.6.6 and the battery charging liimit is not working, even already set to 80% it's still charging beyond 80% all the time.

Previously on Windows through the Lenovo Vantage already set the threshold to 80% as well
