[Dialogue] Add dialogue interactivity

• Design and implement dialogue choices (buttons, selection mechanics).
• Implement navigation (e.g., skipping dialogue, scrolling).

• [ ] Dialogue choices can be scrolled through and selected
• [x] Text in the text box will scroll as it appears.

After #43 is created, we need to add commands into the text files via regex so we can parse and then run commands accordingly (e.g. to select a choice and apply values or advance scenes)
