Laces destroy themselves on rejuv #1623

Description of issue

Title. On adminheal, or rejuve, laces will detonate in ones head

Difference between expected and actual behavior

die admin thinks it'd be funny for me to be human punching bag rejuve still have my lace? (Hint, lace exploded in my head but I am still alive.)

Steps to reproduce

die admin panel heal button lace explode

Specific information for locating

it's the fuckin lace I dunno find it I guess, not much help here

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Since Blurple's lace changes that allowed lace destruction.

Client version, Server revision & Game ID

recent version, recent server revision, don't have an ID.
