Psionic spawn fix #1653

About The Pull Request

The psionic was not spawning in their bedroom like a normal person. This PR will fix it.

Why It's Good For The Game

Spawning in the cryo storage at round start sucks

Did You Test It?

I tested it for both the regular title and an alternative title.
