About The Pull Request

Updates Supermatter alarms, adds new sounds, ports bject from bay12 called "supermatter alarm" with spinning lights

Why It's Good For The Game

Makes supermatter degradation more obvious, and adds an element of risk to things.

Yes (not quite working yet)

Draft incomplete PRs.

In any case, convert the MP3 to an OGG. Various vars here just straight up don't exist. If you pulled this from another server, it's likely to have issues. Especially if it's modern bay, as we're thousands of PRs divergent.

That's the point, its' still a WIP. And yes, it is ported from another server.
