Adds the polymer machete sheath into the game and loadout. It is cosmetic and otherwise offers no advantage over the existing machete sheath.

Why It's Good For The Game
If we can have a polymer knife sheath, why not a polymer machete sheath? Additional customization.
Did You Test It?
Tested on localhost. Players with the old machete sheath entry selected will need to reselect it to avoid spawning an invalid item.

Whoever sprited the original machete & knife sheath. All i did was do a color palette edit.
