Implement new client addition form as per the following fields, this is just a mock. Please use Bootstrap

Quickbooks quickbook - customer

Freshbooks freshbooks-new-client

  1. All currencies - Predefined list from Database
  2. Languages - English
  3. Country - All countries from Database
  4. User can add multiple contact details

It is very complex form and would include multiple models (as per design suggested in #6) in same form. We can consider using wizard for client setup
