Title: Decrease @yukhyan mock timeout to 24 Hours

Description: This RFC addresses the need to adjust the @yukhyan mock timeout from 72 hours to 24 hours across the relevant components of the system. The rationale behind this change stems from the necessity to more actively reinforce user mocked state.

Motivation: Currently, the system's @yukhyan mock timeout is set at 72 hours, allowing the user ample time to forget he is being mocked. However, in many cases, such extended periods are unnecessary and may lead to inefficiencies, especially in dynamic environments where rapid responses are crucial. By reducing the timeout to 24 hours, we aim to strike a balance between allowing sufficient time for the user to relax and ensuring timely mocking reinforcement.

Changes Proposed:

Impact Assessment:

Rollback Plan:

In the event of unforeseen issues or regressions resulting from the mock timeout adjustment, a rollback plan will be executed. This involves reverting the changes to the timeout back to the original value of 72 hours while investigating and addressing any underlying issues.

Additional Considerations:

Deployment Plan: Upon successful review and approval, the changes will be deployed to the production environment during the next scheduled maintenance window. The deployment will follow standard procedures, including backup protocols and rollback preparations.

Dear @nburtsev,

Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for your exceptional initiative in proposing this adjustment. Your dedication to enhancing our workflow is greatly appreciated.

I concur with the idea of shortening the duration for mocking @yukhyan, as it aligns with our goal of maintaining efficiency while still injecting humor into our interactions. However, I do harbor some concern regarding the potential for overwhelming our colleague.

In light of this, I propose we contemplate expanding the feature's functionality to allow for the selection of stickers from a broader pool. This could not only introduce more variety but also elevate the entertainment value of the interaction.

I eagerly await your thoughts and insights on this matter.

I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment of expanding the feature to allow for selection from multiple stickers, as it indeed contributes to our objective of a light-hearted atmosphere. I also appreciate your concern regarding the potential impact on our friend.

It's worth noting that esteemed colleague @frosthamster has already addressed your concerns in their latest commit. They proposed a thoughtful approach that ensures the balance between humor and consideration for @yukhyan's well-being.

I eagerly await further discussion and am open to exploring additional ideas to ensure a harmonious balance between humor and inclusivity in our community dynamics.
