Clean phpBB Database #16

In order to develop further, we need a phpBB database. This should have all regular data like groups and permissions, but should not contain personal information like non-default users, private messages and such. All mods should be removed as well.

Mii please confirm that all has been done correctly and nothing has been emptied to much or left that needs cleaning.

Note: The DB is already cleaned of any modification btw.

Committed and Merged the board.sql. Also reset the styles and installed the stk. Everything is development ready now.
