Board Template layout on BIS and forum. #21

This issue is for how the layout will be on the BIS and on the promo topic on the forum.

We should already use a pop up info with info icons for each value. That is user friendly and helps people to know what is meaning what.

It will already show: Promo topic ID: 3

I do not think we need to display the topic ID. I see no use for it. We need to be straight forward. People should be able to look over boards quickly without having to ignore too much information.

Well at least implement it for us to see. So we can know when we got 100 boards in our directory.

Or just have a stat counter for total board count. XD

You still won't know when you have 100 boards by ID. While we might be at ID 500, we might only have 400 submitted, non duplicate boards. We can add statistics which list all boards though.
